Modelling, analysis and optimisation of customs processes
Brief description
The client often encounters problems at the interfaces between different departments. To address these challenges, the customer's processes are to be modeled. The aim is to identify optimisation potentials and to improve transparency and communication between departments. A clearer structuring of processes is intended to avoid future misunderstandings and increase efficiency.
Supplement
PTA provides support in collecting the process map, prioritizing processes and documenting the processes as part of all-day workshops. For this purpose, miro, Signavio and Confluence are used. Any ambiguities in methodology or tool configuration are clarified by PTA with the relevant contacts on the client side.

The process models focus is on customs processing as well as communication with internal departments and external authorities. Here, the modeling creates transparency.
