Subject description
The initial introduction of Endur is a process that affects the entire company and requires a high degree of information management and project management. In this project, the migration support comprises examining the concept created by the customer, obtaining acceptance from the specialist departments, and planning, preparing, and coordinating the test runs. Special attention must be paid to the correctness of the existing master data and to the transaction data loaded from the old system. During the go-live, only electricity transactions (including imbalances, transmission capacities, transmissions, fees) are included for the time being, and additionally some CO2 transactions. As the conclusion of this project, Endur goes live and the old system is switched off.
