Migration of transaction data of a data warehouse system
Project duration: 3 months
Brief description
The project includes the replacement of an older commerce-items root system by an updated one. The structure, transaction data and busniess logic is restructured and transferred into a new Oracle Database domain. 35-40 tables with a daily load of 500k to 2Mio records are involved and forwarded to a data warehouse system for further processing. The records produced with the new commerce-items root system is compared to the old root system to identify and justify differences.
