Migration of long-term gas delivery contracts on a trading platform – phase 2
Project duration: 7 months
Brief description
In the second step, the function scope is enhanced for risk evaluation of already-migrated gas delivery contracts. This includes all functions for changing the dual-control principle, for using contract data for optimization purposes, and for automating complexity calculations and connection of downstream and upstream systems (e.g. optimization, dispatch).
Supplement
In close collaboration with the departments, requirements are created and all activities are supported from design to go-live. This completes tasks in project planning, as well project controlling, and the planning and implementation of the corresponding test phases. By preference, the Customizing functions of the Endur standard software are used to reflect contract components and processes. Individual script solutions are implemented in "OpenJVS". Existing functions based on AVS scripts, where possible, also reimplemented or adapted in "OpenJVS". Test management is supported by the HPQC software. This includes definition and implementation of all test cases, as well as management of the errors and change requests arising from the tests.
Subject description
The focus of the activities includes downstream and upstream systems (e.g. optimization tool and dispatch), especially the automation of price condition calculations (e.g. take-or-pay, carry-forward and make-up gas) based on the contract terms. The goal is to represent all contract details in Endur. The dual-control principle is implemented based on the finely-tuned authorization and access concept in Endur.
