Migration of IAM (International Association of Movers) processes from MS Excel to Adonis

Brief description
For a company in the KEP sector (Courier express parcel services), the Organization area business processes documented in Excel are transferred to business process models. The focus of the tasks is to define the methodology, analyze processes, and model processes. The objective is a standardized and transparent documentation of the IAM processes.
Supplement
The process descriptions from Microsoft Excel are first divided into sub-processes based on the roles involved in the business processes. The processes are then modeled in the Adonis business process management tool in the BPMN 2.0 standard notation language.
