Market conformity check: Paperless archiving and logging
Project duration: 1 year, 7 months
Brief description
The process of checking securities prices, which is performed manually in part, is replaced by system-controlled logging and archiving, within the framework of a project carried out in connection with the market conformity check. To do so, the existing web application is expanded to include a role-based, client-capable rights system, logging and check forms.
Supplement
Since the web application is available to multiple user groups, a client-capable, role-based rights system is implemented. In the future, manual changes in prices and master data is to be logged with support from the system. Price information is exported from the application to Allocare AMS via an interface.
Subject description
Large quantities of paper reports were generated as part of the previous, manual price checking process, which must be archived for legal reasons and for auditing purposes. Within the framework of the project, the checking process takes place largely in the web application used to date. Aim: Reducing costs for archiving monitoring reports, as well as avoiding media disruptions and reducing manual effort.
