PHP Forum vBulletin Version 3.5.1 (German) is used.
Subject description
An Internet forum is set up to assist the global support of an operative logistics application. User registration is expanded separately for different customers. An option is created for downloading multiple information files is, as is an option for tracking the status of an error message to 1st and 2nd level support. The forum supports various languages.
