Lean Six Sigma is a quality management system with the main task to improve the performance of existing processes in an enterprise. The results of a Lean Six Sigma program are achieved in projects that are led and implemented by Black Belts and Green Belts. Minitab 17 Statistics Software allows statistical data to be analyzed and presented in various diagrams. The qualification corresponds to the Six Sigma concept of the American Society for Quality Management (ASQ).

The Lean Sigma Black Belt Training was successfully completed together with the final exam. The project is implemented at the customer's site. In order to create synergies and extend best practices to the entire organization, Black Belts are constantly exchanging information with each other. Black Belts are available to their project team and the Green Belts as trainers for Lean Six Sigma methods and as advisors.
