The activities serve to support and advise on the technical implementation of the company's ITIL strategy and the mapping of processes in the standard software used for IT Service Management (ITSM).

In a first step, the introduction of incident management is implemented with the help of the ITSM tool Omnitracker from Omninet. Furthermore, the technical integration of the tool into the IT landscape of the company (connection of central data stocks etc.) and the migration of existing data from the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) used so far takes place. Subsequently, the work in the area of administration and technical adjustments of the tool are supported.
