The IT calendar as a Web application with an SQL server in the background is intended to centrally manage information on implemented and planned measures for the different IT operation teams.
Supplement
The IT calendar is basically divided up into a public FrontEnd and a processor FrontEnd. The public FrontEnd is available to all customers (employees of NPS) via the intranet without access check. It only permits read-access for the activities. The processor FrontEnd is used for employees from IT who must maintain the activities.
Subject description
Central and standardized documentation of processes gives employees and teams an overview of the measures. This makes it easier for different teams to coordinate dates for planned promotions, for example. No additional documentation is provided for promotions that have already been performed.
