The existing procedure for issuing an electronic insurance confirmation is to be replaced by a new web service. The issue is to take place independently of the actual consulting process, so that the agent can issue the confirmation to the customer in just a few steps. The customer data stored during the awarding process should then be able to be accessed by the agent via a technical interface in the sales software and used for an insurance proposal.
