In the first six weeks of each year, inventories are taken in all German branches. PTA carries out 2nd level support by telephone. In the event of problems, PTA is notified by the 1st level support or by the users themselves. Then solutions have to be found for the problems as quickly as possible. After the inventories, the software is adjusted so that the problems that occurred are not repeated the following year.
