Brief description
The aim of the CRM project in an international tourism group is to merge all travel bookings made by the customer with the detailed segments of the trip on a central cloud platform (single customer view). The aim is to enable customer service to address customers in a demand-oriented and targeted manner. The implementation is based on the cloud software SAP C/4HANA Sales.
Supplement
In analysis workshops with customer service, PTA determines the technical user stories and creates the technical requirements for connecting the various booking systems used to the central CRM cloud platform. Furthermore, the PTA supports the department in the test execution of technically implemented functionalities.
