Introduction of the Salesforce Sales Cloud for Manufacturing

Brief description

A Salesforce Sales CRM solution is being introduced for an international metal products manufacturer to improve customer support and sales opportunities (SalesFunnel) and connected to the existing infrastructure.

Supplement

The implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud included analyzing processes and data in close cooperation with subject matter experts and mapping the resulting requirements to the Salesforce standard. As part of the project, the main focus was on a lean process and a high level of transparency. To this end, automation via flow, notifications and corresponding data dashboards were set up to provide the best possible support for processing the tasks currently pending in the system.

Subject description

Due to the customer's need to be able to plan and act with foresight, there is a requirement to have an overview of the content, probability and status of existing sales opportunities available at all times. The core task of the system to be set up is, therefore, to create the transparency required for management in addition to the data, structures and processes that are relevant and helpful for sales.
