Introduction of SpiraTeam for model-based testing

The process models created with the ViFlow modelling tool document the procedures or requirements on the new ERP software, and simultaneously serve as the basis for subsequent acceptance tests by the specialist departments. The objective of the project is to define a suitable procedure for test case creation, implementation and documentation based on the to-be process models as well as establishment of a suitable change process and imposing a suitable project structure for it in SpiraTest. Using an Excel macro, the transfer of requirements out of the process models from ViFlow to SpiraTest is largely automated and standardized.
