Introduction of Scrum in Software Development

Brief description
The software development process shall be improved with the aid of agile techniques. The introduction of Scrum as well as the usage of the Team Foundation Server determined for administration by the Customer shall be used to reach this goal. The assignment of the developers to one of three teams, the implementation of the scope within smaller and fixed time frames (sprints) and daily standup meetings help to get a higher transparancy of the project status and to enhance the efficiency of the development.
