Introduction of Robotron Gas

Robotron*eSales is a time series management system for sales and procurement. Using the core functions of the robotron*eCount EDM system, robotron*eSales enables a closed process chain from procurement through to sales for energy suppliers. The system provides a planning and decision-making basis on the foundation of operational data. Robotron*eSales has a component-based software architecture. The individual system configuration is created from this basic system by activating specific components. Individually purchased licenses or functions form the basis of this activation. The application is developed using Oracle*Forms/web forms. The EDM server works on the basis of an Oracle10g database with integrated application logic. The enhancement to include gas functions results in adjustments to existing interfaces and the inclusion of new interfaces. The central interface transfers master data from the master data retaining system to EDM.
