Brief description
By introducing customer segmentation and customer classification, sales staff are given the opportunity to better manage profitable customers. Important KPIs are the profitability of the customer, the classification based on sales, and the consideration of current deals. Furthermore, the sales representative is provided with a questionnaire to describe the attractiveness of the customer. PTA supports the technical design and implementation of the individual business processes and functionalities. The implementation is done in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment using self-developed components based on workflows and js code.
