Brief description
With the introduction of standard software for the subsidiary of a diagnostic equipment manufacturer, the technical service, customer service and order processing processes are to be harmonized with those in the parent company.
Supplement
The software components used are expanded and customized to meet specific customer requirements in the area of repairs and the handling and tracking of orders. The system implements interfaces to SAP R/3 for handling orders (shipping, relocation and calculating new goods, spare parts and returns) in terms of logistics and accounting, and for importing master data (material and customer master).
