The laboratory software used in clinical-chemical routine laboratories is to be replaced by a new product. Master data will be migrated, laboratory instruments will be partially replaced, the software will be configured to support laboratory workflows and the acceptance tests will be accompanied by the end customer.
Supplement
In the run-up to the migration, the customer's requirements are recorded and agreed with him. During implementation, installation dates are coordinated with equipment manufacturers and the integration of the new software in the laboratory is planned. Master data of the old software is transferred and cleaned up. The configuration of the laboratory system is adapted to new laboratory equipment and work processes. Extensive tests are carried out in the introduction phase.
Subject description
During the preliminary consultation, the end customers are advised on the configuration of their systems. This includes the lab setup, systems in the background (server, VM) and the laboratory software used. In the next step, this laboratory software is configured according to the customer's requirements. The support of test runs of the laboratory software in the end customer environment as well as the support of routine procedures on site is also part of the tasks. Tasks include the support of the systems and laboratory software via remote support as well.
