Interimsmanagement IT-Enterprise Architecture

The PTA provides interim management to temporarily fill the roles of the leaving lead-IT-architect on short notice. The roles include fulfilling strategic architectural line tasks like counseling for operational excellence initiatives as well as regular innovation projects with regard to technology selection and fitting the new projects into the existing and future IT-landscape of the company. This also includes counseling on information security measures and data protection topics. In addition to those line responsibilities, the client is currently undergoing a major transition project, shifting its complete IT-infrastructure to a new service provider. Here the PTA provides the lead IT-Architect on client side to oversee the architectural and governance-aspects of the transition-project.
