Integration of SAP ERP and Hybris C4C with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Brief description
Realization of data and process integration between an PTA-internal SAP-ERP test system with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer. In the first step, the technical connection between SAP ERP, using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI), and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) was adjusted. After the successful connection of the systems, the integration of the master data (organizational structures, customer data, material data and price conditions) takes place. Subsequent activities were the detailed setup of necessary scenarios for generating customer quotes and orders using internal and external pricing.

Requesting signed certificates, creating certificates using KeyStore Explorer. Creating and importing the necessary certificates in all systems. Configuration of the ERP firewall (since no use of reverse proxy or cloud connector). Generate the Web services, partner profiles, ports and RFC connections in SAP ERP. Necessary settings in the SAP Cloud Platform Integration for C4C and ERP, as well as selection and configuration of the used processes in C4C.
Subject description
In an integration scenario, SAP Hybris C4C and an SAP ERP 6.0 system are linked together. The systems are connected using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). SSL certificates are used for the connection and transmission. The aim is to map an offer / order process that starts with C4C, uses master data from SAP ERP and ultimately leads to a sales order that is processed in SAP ERP. Prices in C4C are determined using external pricing.
