Integration of advanced reporting of self supply given by EEG amendement 2017 on the EEG Internet po
Project duration: 3 months
Brief description
The EEG Internet portal enables all the participating business partners (distribution system operators and EltVUs) to report, in a structured and electronic form, the extensive information required by the transmission grid operators in order to implement the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) so that this information can then be processed securely and efficiently by the transmission grid operators. Due to the amendement of the EEG in 2017, further information on power plants is needed to process the settelement of special fees for energy produced by self suppliers. Reporting requirements are necessary due to changes of the Network Charge Modernisation Act (NeMoG), the legislation for the promotion of locally generated electricity in close proximity of the tenement ('Mieterstrom') and the consideration of power storage. Self suppliers and plant operators have to report additional details of the plants on the EEG Internet portal.
Supplement
The EEG Internet portal is based on Java and consists of two components that exchange information exclusively using web services. The persistent data are then saved to an Oracle database via a persistence framework.
Subject description
The projekt requires a new concept for dialoque windows that allow data capturing and processing of the power plant data by the plant opertors (EltVUs) and self suppliers. Additionaly, further validation on data and reporting is required.
