Integrating additional settlement requirements in an existing settlement system
Project duration: 3 months
Brief description
The project encompasses integrating the requirements of a transmission provider in connection with the promotion of heating and cooling networks and heat and cold reservoirs in order to settle the cogeneration allocation. In addition, the necessary functions are implemented for flat-rate settlement of micro-cogeneration units.
Supplement
According to the German Combined Heat and Power Act (KWKG), German transmission providers have been obliged since 2012 to refund the costs to grid operators in their control area of statutory promotion of heating and cooling networks and heat and cold reservoirs. The resulting costs are allocated equally to all transmission providers by means of the cogeneration allocation, according to the power provided to transmission consumers. The necessary functions are integrated into the existing .NET system for settlement of the cogeneration allocation and other allocations.
