Implementing a global Adobe Form template for print out forms
Brief description
As part of a global SAP template, the customer converts all SAP forms to Adobe Forms. Old technologies (SAP Script, smartforms) will be replaced by Adobe Forms. In addition to technological renewal, the forms are brought to a global template and are simplified. This ensures the future viability of the forms and, in particular, the future maintainability. PTA GmbH supports the concept, implementation, testing and support of the new forms. In addition, rollouts are supported to other countries.

The Adobe forms are developed in collaboration with the customer's IT department and another IT service provider. In the foreground is always the idea of a global template, which can be rolled out in the future easily and without high additional costs. PTA GmbH takes the role of coordinator between IT and functional department, contact person for the overall project management, as well as technical conception and implementation.
Subject description
Adobe Forms supports the customer with the introduction of a global form template. This means that future adjustments and extensions to the forms can be implemented cost-effectively and efficiently. The use of the latest technology will allow the customer to use the forms with new SAP products without major adjustments.
