Implementation of Energy Data Management (EDM)

Brief description
For long-term, high-quality support of time-critical business processes, a new standard EDM system is implemented and adapted to the needs of the customer.
Supplement
Selection of an EDM software is followed by implementation, including integration with the existing system landscape and adaption to the business processes and regulatory requirements from GABi Gas 2.0. The project is supported by documentation and logging of the project status and project results, reconciliation/coordination and organization of deadlines and workshops, as well as consulting support and guidelines on project content and procedures. This follows the PRINCE 2 method.
Subject description
The WEM software was selected by Atos to support the functional processes of MGV. By default, this supports the allocation, declaration and VHP nomination processes and must be adapted to the special requirements of the market roll and the regulatory specifications applicable in 2015 (KoV). Integration of the existing system landscape with many interfaces is a special challenge.
