Implementation of an enterprise-content-management (ECM) solution
Project duration: 1 year, 6 months
Brief description
The aim of the project is to introduce an enterprise content management solution (ECM). This is intended to digitalise and optimise the processes in internal administration. Central components in phase 1 are the audit-proof archiving of documents, the complete digitisation of personnel files and the approval process for invoices.
Supplement
PTA analyses the requirements, evaluates tools and selects a suitable tool. The standard software is configured with the support of an implementation partner. PTA is responsible for test management and user training.
Subject description
The chosen ECM tool offers an extended scope compared to conventional DMS tools. The individually configurable workflows offer a considerable advantage. In addition, an interface to DATEV/LODAS is created for digital personnel files. In the internal area, the software is primarily used for audit-proof archiving of documents, but also for the digitalisation of processes in the office.
