The requirements of the basic data protection regulation regarding the deletion of personal data after the reasons for processing have ceased to exist must be implemented. The necessary development tasks in the software systems involved must be identified, technical specifications must be specified and the necessary software adaptations must be coordinated.
Supplement
The participating systems consist of several data inlets, in which personal data is delivered (directories of insured persons of health insurance companies, billing data of service providers, physician directories of the participating national associations), a central RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) to which a multitude of service, reporting, and care applications access and various archive and information systems, in which bills, directories of insured persons, etc. can be viewed. Technologically, the systems are implemented within the Microsoft stack, some legacy code still exists in Delphi. The task of the PTA is the project management with the goal of focusing the activities and minimizing the impact on the daily business.
Subject description
The technical purpose of the project is to achieve conformity with legal requirements. Core systems have been designed in such a way that data deletion is not intended. Therefore, complex analyses and planning are necessary to ensure error-free billing processes during implementation.
