Hematology module for laboratory systems

In order to gain new customers for software used as middleware in large laboratories, an existing laboratory system is to be expanded to include an additional module for the field of hematology. In addition to the work on the content, one key aspect is to advance the requirements process in a structured manner and to integrate the customer's requirements in the field of hematology into the existing software solution. Usability engineering methods are used to ensure user-friendliness and consistency of operation for the new module. The expansion of the software should make it possible to gain new customers who do not currently use the laboratory system due to its lack of a hematology application.
