Harmonization SAP R/3 systems

Brief description
Consolidation of the SAP systems of Germany, Belgium and France into a global system. Also, Chilean processes are reflected in the global SAP system. The objective is to include further countries in the global SAP system after the initial consolidation phase. Currently, Ryssen (France) has been included in the harmonized SAP system. They will be followed by MAXI (Italy). In the next step, Poland and then Eastern Europe will be included step-by-step in the harmonized system.

Implementation of SAP R/3 4.7 (Enterprise). The forms are created exclusively in SAP Script. The layout of some forms is implemented via the Lasersoft software from DETEC, while data supply is implemented via the RDI interface. The forms for the following business objects are created in SAP: Order, outbound delivery, invoice, invoice list and purchase order.
Subject description
Batch processing is a central theme for companies in the food industry. For this reason, production and sales processes are closely interlocked. This is reflected by the use of Handling Unit Management (LO-HU) components that enable seamless tracking of the individually-produced batch.
