1. ) Structure and optimization of the process: the gradual rollout of an "SAP template" in sales subsidiaries around the world gives rise to the need for four IT teams and numerous sales subsidiaries to group together and coordinate work and change requests and to promote worldwide cooperation. A defined change management process is necessary for the professional, capacitive and prioritized preparation and processing of the issues. 2. ) Operation: role-based tasks, including: detailed, target and data processing design, coordination in workgroup and user group meetings and workshops, coordinating development and testing, implementation, release and transport coordination.
