These provide transparency in a complex process landscape and enable optimization potential to be identified efficiently. PTA designs the reports and supervises implementation. In addition, PTA records processes in the specialist departments and provides support for process modeling, as well as for quality assurance. In addition, PTA runs user training courses for everyone from beginners to experts.
