Expansion of search functions and access rights for the existing intranet application for global laboratory order management. Implementing an automatic adjustment of name fields for accessing the application.

Lotus Notes is used as the web front end for use around the world on a central Domino server. The Notes client is used for administrative tasks.
Subject description
Search function for selecting products and user-friendly search according to values in mandatory fields; expanding the authorization concept for administrators; optimizing the use of selection lists in master data maintenance; search screen and evaluation (in terms of time and orders) of expenditure of labor for a customer. It is now possible to react easily to changes to Notes names. A time-controlled program adjusts the modified user names in all existing laboratory orders. This affects fields that cannot be entered in the administration process.
