Customer settlement is an essential component of the customer's business process, because, with the aid of monthly discount invoicing, payments for the energy delivery and other services are secured here. The end of year settlement is created at the end of the business year. Apart from the key topics which are determined by the statutory provisions, the process of creating customer settlement is continually improved and optimized. With the integration of SD processes with the customer settlement, the posting records for the discount payments, noted items and posting records for settlements are created in the system and transferred to SAP. The processes are also fully reflected in the system in terms of processing of corrections, credit memos and cancellations.
