Subject description
As part of the digitization offensive, possibilities are being created in CRM to call up new web portals for tariffing, claims reporting and data management purposes from the customer dialogue or contract, to display policies concluded in the web portals and claims reports in the CRM, to display and adapt existing digital customer services and order new ones.
