Functional and technical support in operating iBaanERP software

Operating an iBaanERP system is supported both functionally (user support) and technically (troubleshooting, reprogramming). The entire job production process is supported for four operations, starting from the receipt of order. Production planning (MRP) is used as the basis for triggering procurement processes and creating production orders. These processes are completely processed through to project completion and the accounting functions operated in SAP R/3 are supplied with data via interfaces. Operative controlling in iBaanERP is reinforced in part by functions developed internally. At one of the customer's sites, a product configurator will be used with rules governing the generation of materials, bills of material and work schedules for production.
