Extension concept for a consulting software for insurance agents

Among other things, the IDD imposes information duties on insurance representatives in a consultation. The resulting requirements are worked out in the form of use cases in close coordination with the sales department and implemented in an agile SCRUM team. The business analysts support the product owner in the conception, creation and administration of requirements and user stories, and are responsible for coordination with the software developers in subprojects. User stories in a backlog are managed using Excel and Jira. The stories implemented in several sprints are accepted within the framework of a test management. The determined defects are managed and accompanied until the end of the life cycle.
