Execution of dunning process in SAP

The extension of the dunning process essentially comprises the settings of the dunning procedure as well as the adaptation of the dunning forms for the corresponding dunning areas. The dunning letters should be sent by e-mail instead of printed. The data is generated manually by triggering the dunning run in SAP and then automatically forwarded to the master data system via an interface and processed there fully automatically. The dunning documents are then created and sent directly by email to the recipient (email address) stored in the master data. Since the receivables management and accounting are located at two different locations and the activities are divided, a validation was set up in which manual clearing / postings on customer accounts should be made aware of the maintenance of the dunning data (dunning block, dunning area, base date). This means that residual customer items are taken into account in the dunning run.
