Enhancement of inventory reporting in energy trading for new products
Project duration: 3 months
Brief description
Inventory reporting in an energy company is being expanded with new products. In national and international energy trading, the energy supply contracts are increasingly being supplemented by certificates of origin and generation. Accounting for these certificates, particularly across supply chains or conversion processes, is a new challenge for both company processes and IT systems. PTA provides support in harmonising processes across departments and incorporating new requirements for the IT systems involved.
Supplement
In order to trade new products (e.g. certificates), it is compulsory to include them in the inventory reporting process. PTA provides support in defining the required information and in recording the processing procedures along the life cycle of the respective certificates.
Subject description
