These include, in particular, preparing and carrying out the migration of the complete business data of an acquired company from the Xenon trading system to Endur. The focus here is on the products coal, oil, gas, and freight.
Subject description
The primary task is to secure the operative running of the trading system and its connected satellite applications. This includes the supervision of the end-of-day processes in the early and late shift, reporting for the risk management (development of user defined simulation results UDRs, value-at-risk calculations), and div. back office processes (EFET*). Additional points include the extension of already implemented interfaces to existing applications, such as a reporting database developed by the customer, and their integration as regards the acquired company, and the technical implementation of definite processes for replacing the trading system previously used by the acquired company division. A new process in the context of portfolio management plays a particularly important role in the integration. Various improvements as regards the performance of the new processes are also required.
