Electronic signature and digital consent for sales related processes
Brief description
For one of the world's largest insurers, a central IT solution is introduced for German exclusive distribution. It will enable brokers and customers in all product lines to provide electronic signatures in the advisory and application process both online and offline. PTA is supporting throughout the entire life cycle of the project.
Supplement
The project includes support in business and requirements analysis, IT coordination, implementation of quality assurance, coordination with the client, rollout planning, as well as subsequent maintenance and further development and optimization of the application in operation.
Subject description
In order to achieve cost savings in exclusive sales through paperless processes and time savings through digital processes, the electronic signature for documents to be signed is introduced as part of the consulting and application process for the company's insurance products. These can be provided in all relevant consulting situations in insurance sales: in the agency, on-site customer consulting, online consulting and telephone consulting. The insurance applications can thus be submitted digitally to the policy system in a policyable form and do not require the subsequent capture/reporting of signed paper documents.
