For a trade fair, an avatar is to be created for a customer that offers target group-oriented, interactive click paths with touchpoints to defined content (online and offline), which can present the topics presented at this event in an appealing, personal and at the same time interactive way on mobile devices. Ideally, the avatar should come across as human as possible (high-tech with a human face); this refers to the overall impression, not only to the external appearance, but also to the spoken content. The customer wants to demonstrate a unique selling point as a driver of innovation within the Group. There is a requirement that the avatar must be barrier-free and modular.
