Digital customer consulting for B2B and B2C insurance products

Brief description
Within the framework of the project, a platform will be set up which is capable of completely digitizing and, if possible, automating customer acquisition, customer consulting, policy making, insurance folders, administration and accounting, right through to claims settlement in an ecosystem. In addition, the solution must be scalable, performant and multi-client capable.

A Dynamics 365 platform solution for digital customer acquisition and customer consulting is set up. Within a developed customer portal with complete integration into the Dynamics 365 platform, an interactive video player will be used for digital, dialog-supported video consulting. For the creation and administration of the individual consulting processes, a graphical process editor with binding to HTML and CRM is developed.
Subject description
A Dynamics 365 platform solution for digital customer acquisition and customer consulting is being set up. Within a developed customer portal with complete integration into the Dynamics 365 platform, an interactive video player is used for digital, dialogue-based video consulting. For the creation and administration of individual consulting processes, a graphical process editor with binding to HTML and CRM is developed. Employee data is processed and encrypted using a desktop application developed in-house to be anonymously imported into the Dynamics 365 platform solution.
