Development of a strategy for interface management
Brief description
The customer has set up its platform solution for initial pilot customers with the basic software components and is now facing the challenge of rapidly increasing the number of users. An offer as a white label solution is already being advertised. In order to enable rapid upscaling, manual work must be reduced and the software modules must be operated in a scalable manner. PTA supports workshops to sharpen and harmonise the existing vision and create a roadmap for the further development of the IT landscape.

A procedure for digitalisation projects that has been further developed by PTA is used for consulting. In this approach, a further development roadmap is developed via the stages of harmonising the strategy and vision as well as the design and conception of a target state. The existing system components are classified in a capability matrix and the most important fields of action are identified. A prioritisation of the fields of action within the framework of the planned business development then leads to an initial further development roadmap.
Subject description
This project focuses on new service products for municipal utilities such as prosumer offers, tenant electricity models, e-mobility, etc. Efficient processing of these and future developing offers requires a flexible software platform with the components customer care and contract management, EDM and portfolio management, energy trading for procurement as well as billing and risk management. Necessary functions can be carried out by partners or in-house. The focus is on orchestrating the services into an overall solution.
