Development of a generic use case for an avatar-based assistance care allowance
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
A template is built based on an existing use case for an avatar-based assistence to apply for care allowance. This allows an efficient and effective implementation of multiple similar use cases for different health insurance providers.
Supplement
Customer specific implementation details of an existing use case are abstracted. A generically re-usable basis is being developped. Focus is put on re-usability which is achieved via various customization capabilities. A specific avatar-based assistance can be achieved by means of logos, customer branding and use of customer specific terms and product labeling. By building on top of a reusable template a high degree of quality assured correctness of the care descriptions is achieved.
Subject description
The interactive digital video assistant is designed to help targeted audiences in a personalised way at any time. Following their respective demands, the individual aspects of a care allowance are described. Users can interactively control the guided flow. The use of avatars thereby allows to provide a personalized experience. Combined with a supportive web application a mixed media approach is implemented that complements the multi channel communication in addition to print products, call center agents and in-person consultants.
