This project focuses on the end customer of a bank. The application is used to plan and execute sales campaigns. The aim is to gain new insights and sales opportunities from the course of the campaigns and from interaction with customers. These findings will then be integrated into the newly planned campaigns and, in an iterative process, lead to an adaptation of the tailor-made products.

Analysis, design and development of CRM software to improve customer service for banks. By using Angular, Node.js and MS SQL Server the implementation of the business processes and requirements of the customer is fulfilled. An agile team of 5 to 6 people, supported by Confluence, develops the latest features in 2-week sprints and present the outcome to the stakeholders.
Subject description
All sources of information are to be integrated into one tool – central leads, homepage and external service providers (call center). The aim is to obtain a holistic overview of a bank client – including all possible potentials that, from the bank's point of view, fit the specific client.
