Definition of user interaction for a stationary medical device

The project objective is to define user interaction with a stationary medical device in coordination with all relevant customer departments and taking into account regulatory requirements.
Supplement
The project is carried out at the customer location, taking into account their guidelines and processes. The interaction concept is created in collaboration with customer business and development departments. Guidelines for user-centered definition are followed and regular evaluations are performed with experienced users.
Subject description
Product and technical requirements are used as the basis for the interactions concepts. User and context analyses are performed in order to provide a deeper understanding of the tasks to be supported by the user interface and of the context within which the device is used. First, the interaction concepts are created with Balsamiq in order to perform assessments and reconciliation rounds for the definition solutions. Later, AXURE is used in order to perform more complex and interactive usability evaluation sessions. For documentation purposes, a usability engineering file is stored in accordance with EN ISO 62366.
