The application is used to enter customer requests and complaints, maintenance deadlines, activities, purchase orders, information on maintenance activities, and for processing of customer master data. Different communication channels (telephone, e-mail, letters and chat) are supported. To provide call center agents with the best possible support, customer data from the operative and analytical CRM system is displayed in a quick-access format.
