In the course of this project, an interface is created to supply the customer portal with customer, system and order data from the central CRM system. The CRM system is the leading system for customer, system and order data. These data are first transferred to the customer portal after a CRM user is approved. Then, all changes to the relevant data are automatically sent to the customer portal.
Supplement
The CRM system is hosted by the PTA subsidiary DATIS, while PTA is responsible for continuous further development of the interface. PTA supervises the requirements analysis for the project in an advisory role, implements the requirements that are relevant to the CRM system, and provides support for live operation of this interface. The data from the CRM system are transferred to the customer portal via an open source Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
