Creation of a requirements document after analysis of an interface

Brief description
During the project, the existing interface between master data and settlement system is analyzed and the results are kept in a requirements document for the IT service providers.
Supplement
The customer master data and settlement system exchanges data unidirectionally (master data and declarations). Because this can often lead to problems, transfer of master data has been deactivated for some time. An analysis of the underlying functional requirements to be met, as well as known errors are to be combined in a requirements document for the service providers.
Subject description
The interface is optimized to avoid any data deviations and ensure and support the correct process flow of functional processes. The analysis of the interface is performed as a functional inventory of existing and required data, interviews with the departments, as well as an analysis of the current technical implementation.
